Our tea delivery ensures that our fresh, loose leaf teas are delivered directly to your door — worldwide shipping from locally sourced, ethical teas.
Shipping
If you’re based in the USA, please allow 1-2 business days shipping from the point of your order being placed. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship on a Monday. We will happily ship orders overseas, but international shipping will be calculated depending on the country. Unfortunately, due to being a small business, we are not accountable for any import charges that may be incurred for international deliveries.
Returns
We pack our teas with love and seal them to ensure freshness. This means that we cannot accept returns on any of our products. We want to ensure that every one of our customers loves our teas, so if you’re unhappy or your tea has been damaged in transit, please get in touch with our friendly team, and we’ll discuss sending you a replacement.
